Terms and conditions
Please contact our ticket office in Plauen for direct ordering or sent us an e-mail.
The entrance-fees are exclusively used for the sharing of expenses. Every commercial exploitation is impossible. The Euro-prices for events in the Czech Republic apply to ticket buyers in Germany since the entrance-fees are necessary to finance the festival.
The external booking offices can charge a pre-sale fee of maximum 10% of the ticket price. Tickets will be sent COD within Germany, with invoice (+ fee of 3,- Euro) or can be picked up directly at our offices in Plauen, Hof or Pirna. Lower price category tickets may have limited or no view, especially in churches. Limited view may also occur due to cameras and technical constructions. Please note that the venues may often vary in comparison to regular concert halls in terms of accoustic, build and climate.
Cast or programme might differ and do not entitle ticket holders to return or exchange tickets. Tickets can only be returned in case of a cancellation within two months after the cancellation´s announcement. No ticket refund is possible if an already started event has to be cancelled, i.e. due to the weather.
Tickets with seat numbers will lose their right for a certain seat after the show has started. Admission after the show´s start is only possible during piece intermissions or during the main intermission.
All sound, photo, film and video recordings, also for private use, are strictly prohibited. Contravention will be prosecuted!
Reduced tickets
50% price concessions are made at the festival offices or the venue box office for students, pupils, trainees, inductees, conscientious objectors performing community service and disabled persons with identification. Reduced tickets are only available at the festival offices in Plauen, Hof and Pirna or the concert box-offices. The festival staff may control the identification again at the venue entrance. In case that the ticket holder cannot show the required identification he has to pay the remaining 50% of the ticket price.
Once bought full-price tickets cannot be changed into reduced tickets at a later point.
